Wife to dog handler Rob Kirk, Teresa is a member of the FAS team who joined MARK-9 in 2005 and passed her Level 2 certification with a map & compass course in the brush and bramble of Joe Pool Lake on a chilly February morning. A dog lover with a special affection for larger breeds, at home Teresa happily wrangles a German Shepherd, pit bull, and co-wrangles Valkyrei.
