Want to join the team? We’d love to meet you. The first step is to send an email telling us you’d like to visit. We require you to visit five training days (4hrs each) before you can apply to join. The visits are to acquaint you with the team, both the people and what we do, to ensure this is how and where you want to dedicate your time and effort. It’s also to acquaint the current team members with you to ensure you’re a good fit. 

After you’ve completed those visits, you can turn in your application and background check. Next will be an interview with team leadership followed by a vote from the current team members. If you pass at every level, you’ll be added to the team and begin your training to become deployable.

No prior experience is required to apply or join. Our training program is designed for someone with no prior experience to ensure you have every opportunity to succeed.
